Parent Information

We realise that it is vital that we earn the trust and confidence of you, the parent and that you are happy with what we do and how we do it. Working together we can produce happy, confident children who thrive and have every opportunity to reach their full potential.

What this means in practice:

Involvement - we involve parents in their child’s activities and planning by getting their ideas from home through our information sharing sheets. We ask parents to inform us what they would like to see happen in the nursery.

Shared expectations - we ask parents to share their observations and experiences from home to enrich their child’s learning further at the nursery. We provide daily feedback to parents about their child’s day at the nursery.

Keeping up to date - We keep parents updated about their child’s progress through parents evening. We also share updates, resources and information from our local children’s centre and local authority.
